I was trying to figure out what words were spelled on the scrabble board in his icon picture and make a claim about that but the resolution was too low.

It wasn't that great of a game. Plus it was three people, which I hate. Here's a version that should help:
I think it's a deluxe edition. The board is one piece with a lazy Susan type spinning base. The board is covered with a hard plastic that has ridges to keep the tiles in place. A very nice improvement.
I would have loved to make the claim that you cheat at Scrabble but it all looks pretty legit to me, not knowing anything about the game. Wait, Dude, "ix" is not a word is it?
The words read left to right or top to bottom. Xi and xu (along with ax, ex, and ox) are legal two letter Scrabble words with 'x' and definite must-knows for any player. The 'x' is also on a double letter score, doubling its point value to 16, making the word worth 17 points. If I hadn't been showing off I could have made 'ox' under the first 'o' in 'tools'. But, I find it hard to pass up either xi or xu.
