I personally think abortion is wrong. That said, making it illegal would only make things worse. Women would just end up getting hurt or killed from a shady "amateur" abortion clinic. I do believe that they should be encouraged to check out other options, like adoption, of course.
Abortion should not be illegal, but it should be strictly regulated and not a "choice" in the way we currently understand "choice". It is only conceivable in defense of a victim; i.e. a woman who did not give of herself consentingly.

I'm still waiting for someone to make an abortion-related claim that is true for all cases, so I can agree with it.
