Vote tallies should be filterable based on the voters' cred, interests, and groups.

For instance, a vote might be 20-30 overall, but within a related group could be 10-2. We can have the benefits of group-only votes without the exclusivity.

ok, there could still be group-only votes, but in most cases this would be more interesting, and bring more exposure to your group. We don't have public and private groups yet (although there are invite-only and open groups). I don't see that as a showstopper.
