The risk of damage is greater if the abuser is a relative, and there is a decent chance, "approximately 30%," that such abusers are relatives of these children.

Oh yes, definitely. Any rape can cause significant harm, and such a rape is very likely to be combined with a betrayal of trust. Plus it's so common for a rapist to then blame the victim, which is hard enough for an adult to deal with but for a child being told that it is their fault by someone they trust, that's incredibly difficult. Also, evil.
Absolutely. Very great chance indeed. It's a miracle if it doesn't.
