The only sensible way to treat claims in the form of a question is to assume that "agree" means "yes" and "disagree" means "no," but such claims are still irritating insofar as they seem to ignore the definition of the word "claim."

We could give a warning if the user put a question mark in their claim.

There should be warnings when a claim contains a question mark or the word "I," but the claim should still be allowed to proceed if the user insists.Just don't vote on it; people will get the idea.
