1) Hmmm, that's hard, I'd say it counts as home, probably, if you spend most of your time there, and one of the main factors is supervision, so if you weren't supervised, probably...
2) I had no idea BBSes had photos on them, I thought BBSes were all text...
If the people taking the pictures were posing for the pictures, it wasn't just a picture taken, then I'd probably classify it as porn.
