I think she knows that. Many issues are not two-sided, so voting at all would be inappropriate.

It doesn't stop me, but it has irked me on occasion.
D'A states it well. There are claims that I would like to learn others opinions on, but I do not take a position on personally. In these cases my choices are either to misrepresent myself (with or without explanation), or not claim. More often than not, I simply suppress the claim.
