Project partners who force me to stay up an extra 1.5 hours waiting for them and walking them through their part of the project at the last minute annoy the hell out of me.

Especially if he forces me to get only 3.5 hours of sleep instead of 5 hours, and he'd told me on Saturday that he was finished, before telling me the night before it was due that he was stuck.
