Doesn't work so well on ladkes with applesauce.
It is delicious and good for you, but not a great sour cream substitute.
If you use greek yogurt or strain the yogurt, it works fines with Ladkes and applesauce.
In my exprience.
Greek yogurt is just as high in fat as sour cream.
