That looks close. But pi doesn't actually equal any rational number, and you wrote a rational number. Pi keeps going.
Decimal representations of the vast majority of real numbers are just walls to hide behind.

Write as many digits as you like, if you put an equal sign there it's false.
At least the first 50 digits after the decimal point are correct, but that's infinity too few.
Pi equals the circumference of any circle divided by its diameter.
