I generally think of pregnancy as a punishment, but should we REALLY trust the future of our species to the lowest-common-denominator?
More importantly, should we encourage people who intentionally obstruct emergency vehicles who at the same time refuse to obstruct their emergent testicles?
Reward irresponsible behavior with a long-term commitment to responsibility? mmm.. no thanks.
