As we can see Biometrics authentication like fingerprint are emerging technology to rise security level, the conbination of OpenID and biometrics is necessary.and the user will get better internet surf experience. Simple and more Security
Fingerprint Sensor equipments are becoming popular at PC¬ebook (like IBM/Sony/Toshiba,etc) now. that's a big treasury to digg.

OpenID has nothing to do with the type of authentication you use to authenticate to your OpenID provider. While there are not yet to my knowledge any OPs that support biometric authentication, only the complicated logistics are preventing such a provider from arising, not any limitation of the OpenID protocol itself.
I thought there was some IdProv that was doing biometric... maybe retina scans?
VXV does voice biometric authentication with OpenID

Fingerprint authentication has too many problems and isn't really that secure. Check out this Mythbusters episode on YouTube where they get past a fingerprint lock using a photocopied fingerprint:

I totally hate the idea of using biometrics for anything. I like being able to dissolve at will.
I agree with Rorek (so no need to repeat his words here).
I'd also like to add that biometrics are simply "a key you can't revoke". If someone chops your finger off in order to spoof you, you got only 9 left in order to establish identity. With retinal scan, there's even less redunduncy.
And if you think I'm just saying this in order to be cute, remember how sophisticated car alarms led to car-jacking.
https://openid.trustbearer.com/ supports biometric + smartcard authentication.
It's a great way of using biometrics that you CAN revoke because you can revoke the smartcard component.
I think I'm the first to a Privaris plusID token as my openID.
