Well, it turns out that the author can edit the unfinished claim even after a vote. Reloading Jyte Spy showed the revisionist history -- not that the voter is inormed of this, mind you.

Also, it turns out that the author can scrap the claim... but this appears to break Jyte Spy until it has scrolled past that broken point.

Maybe I've hacked enough for one night.
