It would be, but the house I'm renting came with a home phone (that we don't pay for).
We have a home phone ATM.
With most people relying on their cell phones 75% of the time or more, I can't figure out why people would pay for a home phone or home VoIP service unless they need it for a DSL line.
this somewhat makes me sad, but perhaps i was the only person who would regularly call a house to talk to anyone there without much preference who it was.
