For those who know me, I know I used to say I didn't much care about massages. But that was when I carried no tension in my back. Someone would go to give me a massage, I would completely relax, they'd get confused, and often hurt me by rubbing too hard.
However, now, alas, I overuse commanss, I mean that my body is in poorer shape and could probably use some help with its muscles.
