Jyte's Search function should follow the same multiword quoting semantics that its tag and cred parser do

if i search for "is the new" it doesn't restrict the search to things with that exact phrase, or even prefer those hat have it. and a search for "bubble tea" doesn't tell me about users interested in or credited with that multiword tag.

oh, there was. i have been using jyte's search feature consistently since i joined the site. it has never dwimmed.
