Does this require one to have one physically a part of oneself or merely to have access to the giant dicks of at least one other Jyter?
As one might suspect, I do not actually have a penis as a part of my own body. It's an abnormality I was born with. However, I have found a great deal of support from other people with the same condition. We call ourselves "females" and it turns out that one can have a great life without possessing a penis of any size.
(plus, as the joke goes, "My mommy says that with what I have I can have as many penises as I want.")
