"Don't want to vote" is equivalent to my "Don't want to answer".
About "Too many options" ... if you are really interested - take a look at http://blogs.mail.ru/inbox/megapinion/ (russian language, sorry) ...
though in principle, the ability to quickly get across that information seems like a good idea to me;
the other options could unfold out of the main two if you hovered on some space between them
