Actually it is hard to find. You have to go to the Everybody's Claims page then click Advanced Search (as Ben Breedlove pointed out). On the page you can create a custom advanced search that you can save and will give you a link on the Everybody's Claims page.
I have one that I call "new not voted on" and one that I call "old not voted on". This allows me to catch up with what's been going on since I last Jyted or, conversely, work my way through the older claims.

that exactly what it does.
I have a search called voting that does that as well.

It's on the second line, under 'featured, newest, etc.'
