Anyone who would cheat on Selma Hayak is insane. If you're saying someone who cheats with Selma Hayak, there's something to that.

It's sexist because you said the man cheats with her, rather than one partner cheats with her. What about women who cheat with Salma Hayek? Of course, I have no idea who she is, but that's not the point. Women should be equally allowed to cheat with her as men.

I won't even go into same-sex unions, since at least currently, "divorce" implies legal marriage.

The claim implies that the husband's desires are more important than the wife's (both by stating that husbands are allowed to cheat with Ms. Hayek, and by denying the wife the option to end the marriage without the consent of her husband).

The claim also smells somewhat of the canard that men can't control their actions when they're aroused, and therefore shouldn't be held responsible for them. As a man, I simply must call bullshit on that whenever I see it.

I will agree, however, with one of the underlying assumptions of this claim: Salma Hayek is hot.

I did not mean to imply same sex marriage. I meant to imply a man-woman marriage where the woman cheats with Selma Hayek.

I apologise for any offence caused to the ladies - of course ladies can cheat with Salma Hayak. I wont go on and comment that it should be mandatory though for fear of controversy! :-)
