Make a claim, change your vote, retract it, publish again and vote again. You now have two votes, but it only lasts until the next person agrees (and/or disagrees, I haven't checked).
...or in firefox, just vote, go back, go forward, vote, go back go forward...
protagoras: i have not seen that actually result in a clean load of the page showing multiple votes.
