it's sunny and 70 degree here in california.
I am in southeast Iowa and it has been snowing all day. It's really cold too!

We had some half-hearted snow in parts of Ireland recently, but it's a long time since we've experienced a good old-fashioned snow storm or an extended period of snow which remains for any length of time. I guess it's another side-effect of global warming.
The last time it snowed in my part of Texas was... a very, very, very long time ago. It did sleet a little in January, though.
