I intend to die someday. Killing me now is still murder.
It could be difficult to prove that intention in a court of law (or anywhere else).
If someone has a gun to their head and is about to pull the trigger, and I say "Here, let me help you with that.", that's not murder, it's just common courtesy.
It may be many things, but I do not think you get to fairly use the word "common" in describing it.
