Assuming they would have gone through with it, I agree.
I intend to die someday. Killing me now is still murder.
It could be difficult to prove that intention in a court of law (or anywhere else).
If someone has a gun to their head and is about to pull the trigger, and I say "Here, let me help you with that.", that's not murder, it's just common courtesy.
It may be many things, but I do not think you get to fairly use the word "common" in describing it.
"Common courtesy" that's funny!
It still is, not that it matters quite as much.
What if they wanted to do something before they died, though?
