You can bookmark the "bookmarklet" at http://lickr.org/jyte-auto-update.

Now you can simply wait till the page is updated automatically! :)

Oh I forgot to mention: it uses HTTP header If-Modified-Since, so that should reduce the server load. Requests are made every 10 seconds.
