I would like to be able to choose one of the "is your claim a duplicate?" claims as my inspiration for my claim.

For instance, I might be claiming that 'dogs are cute' and in the preview screen, I might see a claim that is related, let's say 'I have a dog' and I'd like to say that this other claim inspired my new claim. Right now, I'd have to copy my claim, scrap it, go to the existing claim and click the 'Make a related claim' and make my claim.
Wouldn't it be nice to just be able to click in a box or something and have it relate to that claim all in the preview screen.
Or I might just be a big dork.

I could see the need for a related claim function, but technically your claim wasn't inspired by one you discover at the duplicate check. Maybe you should be able to see the relevant tags of possible duplicates, so you can tag your new claim similarly.
Or, there should be a way to link it to one of those claims without saying it was inspired by it. Maybe just related to it... but I guess that's what the tags are.
