I smoke a cigar about every four years. And I usually don't like it much. However, it is something I could see myself doing again, unlike smoking a cigarette, which I certainly will not (1/3 of a cig when I was 14 was plenty for me, tyvm).
The last time I smoked a cigarette, I got to the butt feeling deeply dissatisfied. It had no flavour, no sense of occasion. I could have smoked the rest of the packet and still have felt like I'd need more to really satisfy yself. Which, I suppose, is the point...
I like it harsh, and rewarding.
Ultimately a cigar every now and again has got to be better for me than being an 'X a day man'.

Smoking a cigar just makes me want a cigarette.
