I prefer white wines to red wines.

Of course, it depends on what I'm eating if it's a glass with dinner, but in general, I would prefer to drink a white wine.
Provided it's not buttery, wow, I cannot stand buttery wine. I think I've veered off topic here. . .

Rosé wines combine some of the better aspects of both.

There's a French perspective that these as *really good* sophisticated wines, and I agree!

Then again, the green wines are awesome - in a cheap sake kinda way ;)
