sometimes i do. often, though, when i do, i read again and realize it has been doing this for a while.
though, that's usually when it's alternating on a paragraph or example case basis. I totally notice when a single sentence is inconsistent.
I always notice and it bugs me when I do. Then I have to try and figure out why, and when it started, and it draws me away from my reading.
