It's one of the things I'd warn new admins about back when I was an admin... you will catch the most mistakes from your best volunteers. This is because even if their mistake rate is half as often, they tend to be more than twice as active as most others. So, keep in mind not just how many errors you catch, but what percentage of how much they do that is.
Since you are a claim machine, you should have a fair number of tagging errors by sheer number.
Anyhow, I'm not a fan of a pure error count as a metric for removing people's abiltiies in most situations.
