What is reasonably good? I work for myself by programming in a variety of languages. Hopefully that meets the reasonably good criteria.

In English, I'm a pretty good Java programmer.

However, if you asked me to program Java in German, I wouldn't do so well.

I guess it's based on my ability to communicate what I've programmed (which I can do in English).
