I have never seen a claim complaining about not having cred that was made by a user that had given out cred.

I've seen three or for of these types of claims, and none of the people who made those claims had given any cred at the time the claim was made. They also tended to have more claims than comments to their name, but thats an observation, not something related to this claim.

There's a turnaround time of around 72 hours to really start getting cred, but basically, I agree.
Nah. When I posted my cred-envy claim, I had given and received cred. I just wanted more.
Isn't that just like a woman? Tsk. ;)
