I have gone to watch a movie (in the theater) alone.

I guess I feel the theater experience is best when shared. I realize that's totally irrational.

The experience may be best shared but sometimes you can wait around too long for someone to share it with.. better alone than on dvd ;0)

I only go to the movies on my own and always during the week when the place is empty. I hangd my legs over the chair in front and rustle sweet papers as loudly as I like. Bliss.

Is "rustle sweet papers" a euphemism? I like to throw gummy bears onto the floor when I'm watching movies by myself.

I can count the number of times I have gone to the movies with someone on my hands.

That sounds pathetic, though really I just like going whenever I want, seeing whatever I want, and sitting wherever I want. No compromises.
