Using a CAC card with OpenID could make login simpler and more secure. (https://openid.trustbearer.com lets you use any pre-existing CAC card with it)

In all honesty, I have a "test" CAC card that I 'can' use with OpenID (I prefer the TrustBearer Secure Token)
