There's a difference between a right which is an entitlement and something being right - where I consider something to be correct, good or praiseworthy.
There are some things that I think would be correct behaviour that I do not have a right to do.

if you believe that you do not have a right to do it
then it sounds to me like you think it's not right
You could think you have the right to do something, but be mistaken.
There can be "rights" either awarded or revoked by positive law that conflict with what is "right"
