I wouldn't worry about it. The ignore feature is used to filter out users whose content you no longer wish to see. You can't please everyone.

Yeah, we pretty much are all ignored by someone and we're all ignoring someone. think of it like a bar full of really cool people... there's still going to be someone there who you don't get along with.
Actually, many of us aren't ignoring anybody.
Well, basically everyone I'm ignoring has left so I guess I'm not REALLY ignoring anyone.
