I agree, OpenID would be nice as an option.

The site seems a little busy and confusing compared to the more spartan designs that are in vogue today. I'm also getting really partial to white backgrounds.

Also, I didn't see a way to select my neighborhood on the first visit of the main page. I didn't see how to pick my neighborhood until I navigated to the About page. Once there I had a default neighborhood of Thousand Oaks, CA.

There's also no search on the front page. I think being able to set your neighborhood (no default neighborhood, please) and search on the main page would be nice.

Also, the example photos on the main page all have California cities listed. That briefly confused me into thinking I had stumbled on the home page of a home owner's association consortium in California.

There are probably other things, but I feel like I'm being a dick already. Please don't misunderstand. I think it's a pretty good idea for a site, just trying to give feedback. Of course, I probably wouldn't use it (just being honest) so I may not be a good indicator of how your target user would feel.
