goodreads.com is exactly the sort of site that would benefit from OpenID (and some of the Jyte goodies, too!).

Spiffy. I've been hoping somebody would come up with a netflix for books, like a netboox, or something. I love it.
I asked my librarian the other day if she could print me a list of the books I'd read; turns out that can't happen. They delete all the records of books I've returned for privacy reasons (i.e., so they can be minimally liable for Patriot Act requests). I'm kind glad they did that, but now I have to remember my books the old-fashioned way.
