It's just a classic example of a corporation taking their product to ridiculous extremes and enough suckers willing to fall for it. How long before they go to six? Will they realise that the game is up and that they've pushed this particular marketing ploy as far as it can go, or will there be enough consumers daft enough to depilate their critical judgement? I know where I stand.

I know the pedant's position on this claim could run something like 'it's the consumers who are absurd, not Gillette', but the unspoken sentiment behind my position is that as well as us all exercising a bit more common sense, corporations should quit selling us products we don't fucking need a bit more often too. Corporate Social Responsibility my arse.
