Unfortunately he can still do a lot of damage.
Crazy as loon, but I don't know if I would buy lame duck. If the man is capable of so blythly disregarding the input of the people he has hired to give him the input he needs to make educated decisions, and put so many human lives on the line, I don't know how you could call him a lame duck.
On the other hand, with out both legislative branches in his pocket, getting things done here is going to be difficult for him.
Lame at home, anything but tame abroad?
