Gen Y prefers text to voice

Generation Y, the Net generation, the myspace generation...
they are used to the tip tap tippety tap of the keyboard, texting, instant messaging and fast communication. And with the speed of information right now, voice is just too slooooow. Yep, Gen Y are adept at using text.
