Future features will likely make appropriate tagging even more valuable

Current groups are barely more than saved searches of tag collections, and the
cred system hardly interacts. But if we ever get the cred-based (or interest-based) vote weighting or vote organizing, appropriate tags will be essential to those functioning. Similarly, as the rate of claims increases, criterion-based browsing will be more important; in such a future, tags will be a popular and useful criterion for following the claims you care about and not the cruft you don't.
