I say "from a health perspective" because their are probably is a much higher embarrassment factor associated with licking the toilet seat.

I had to think about my decision for a minute on this one.
Well... where is the toilet seat?
I'm working under the assumption that these are both very public locations and the tongue contact on each object would have to be of equal intensity.

David, I love that too.
Apart from anything, toilet seats tend to be cleaned regularly unlike (I would imagine) shopping trolleys.
It's best not to lick either.
