I think perception has other parents too, but experience is certainly one.

Perception is one of the parents of experience.That's got me thinking STA. Once someone has developed a personal view of the world their perception certainly affects their experience of it so I do agree with your comment. It's seems it may be one of those chicken and egg deals.
