Rorek, can you please settle the point re: does the claim mean "at this moment in time" or will at some stage blah blah?
Clearly this claim doesn't hold up under a pedantic reading: infants, for example. I just meant to get across the idea that there are too many laws, and it's next to impossible not to break any of them.
