People keep talking about it. It will probably happen eventually. If it ever does, I can almost see the premise of "Incompetence" (by Rob Grant) coming to pass.
(Read it. It's really very very funny. My copy has the prologue printed five chapters in. I'm not sure if that's a printer's mistake or an author's joke. Either way it's a good one in a book called "Incompetence".)
