Cred follows the same word structure as money. You can have money, you can need more money, you can be out of money, you can have lots of money, but you cannot have a wallet full of moneys.

Actually Mariam-Webster lists 'monies' as plural of 'money'

I'm fairly sure I've seen "monies" before. I have no idea where, but I feel like it's come up in my reading.
