Borders Language and Culture are what define a country

So how many countries are there in the US?

The US is screwed!! This is way too complex of a topic to sum up like this. Obviously Iraq has borders and is in no way a true country. What makes up a country is a complex dynamic that is different for each case. I think I get the intent though.
