Any idiot can get a hit single into the charts.

I started a competition with five friends to see which of us could get a song into the UK charts without any experience, contacts or resources really.

With the Internet as it is today, I'm making the claim it's possible to get into the charts without big label budgets. Some don't think it'd be that easy, but it should be fun trying.
