I think you're trying to claim that DNA implies intelligence, and that would be a conflation of the word "alphabet". DNA does not have an alphabet in the literal sense. It has physical components that cause physical actions. It is referred to as having a "language" and "alphabet" because these metaphors make it much easier for humans to work with. Humans will anthropomorphize just about anything, because it makes it much easier to understand. This has no affect on the item we are anthropomorphizing though.
