At 11:10PM CT USA July 7, 2007 I get 12536 claims for the top 25 claimers as per your link above. Total claims reads at 33016, so 37.97% using these numbers.
So yeah, almost.
Damn - not even in the top 50.
It is evident that Billy will soon be one of them ...
